Manufacturing custom battery contacts and electrical contacts is a big part of what we do at Fourslide. We specialize in high-volume parts supplied in bulk, on strip, or in tape and reel — all made in the USA here at our facility in Bristol, CT.

Even if you require extreme bend angles or multiple stations in the same form, if your contact, clip or terminal can be made from strip ranging from .003” to .075” thick and .020” to 2.00” it may well be a Fourslide Part. And if you need to tweak an angle or radius to modify tension, tooling changes are far easier and affordable with fourslide than on a power press.
Our manufacturing process is a good fit for coin cell and spring contacts, and custom contacts for common battery sizes (AA, AAA, C, D, etc.). We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and have manufactured parts to UL specifications for decades.
